Shipping

 

Welcome to Luggage Hub! Our commitment to customer satisfaction means that your order will be shipped as quickly as possible and right to your door. Any order over $80 will not be charged. Below are our shipping regulations. 

We use TOLL for all of our deliveries across Australia. TOLL services deliver to residents and business addresses (not PO Box addresses or parcel lockers).

As proof of delivery all our deliveries require signatures.  If there is no one at the address provided, you will be left a card from TOLL asking for you to contact them regarding a re-delivery time that suits.   Please note that if you have put a residential address as your preferred delivery address, someone must be there to sign for the goods unless you have requested for them to be left without one.

All orders will be dispatched as soon as possible with an email notification being sent to you once it has been dispatched. Please make sure your email addresses are correct.

Please note, we deliver between Monday and Friday, with the exclusion of public holidays. Any orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched Monday. We offer free deliveries for orders over $80.00, whilst those below this value incur a $10.00 shipping fee.


If we are out of stock of the goods you have ordered, we will contact you immediately and offer the following options:

  • Dispatch the order on arrival of stock
  • Dispatch a substitute with your approval
  • Cancel your order and providing a full refund

Luggage Hub works to endeavour that your orders are shipped out and delivered to you as quickly as possible.

CLICK AND COLLECT SERVICE

Click and Collect is a service unique to Luggage Hub. We have a store with an amazing showroom that allows you to come down and pick up your goods. Why pay extra costs when you are just passing on your way home and can click and collect today.  We are open 7 days a week which allows you to come in and pick up your order any day of the week.

(Please note click and collect is a pick up only option. Please call our 1300 814 758 number to confirm your click and collect order.)


REMOTE/NON-MAINLAND LOCATIONS
Please note that there are some locations we will be unable to send items to or may incur a higher delivery fee.  These may include places in remote and/or countryside areas.  If your delivery address falls within one of these locations, we will contact you regarding your order.

Please note: certain locations are not serviced by our couriers or are not commercially viable to ship to.

For Luggage Hub to be able to provide you with a speedy and efficient service, please check your shipping details, as any alteration will incur further costs.

Deliveries take between two (2) to ten (10) business days.

Unfortunately we do not have control over delivery time frames and this may result in delays with your order. If your order is delayed or held up with the delivery services we will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
