All products featured are used for illustrated purposes only.
Luggage is measured in different ways subject to the design please refer to the size guides which is an attached image of how each luggage is measured. With these dimensions and measurements provided may vary slightly in real life and it is your responsibility to ensure that the actual size of the goods is suitable for your purpose prior to submitting your order (including whether there is appropriate and safe access to your delivery address for the delivery of the goods).

The colour of the cases made vary slightly as every screen may change the colour depending on contrast, colour and make etc.
Luggage Hub takes all reasonable precautions to ensure that price and listing errors do not occur.
Despite all reasonable precautions on our part, this website cannot be guaranteed to be error free, The existence of any such errors will not be a breach of the agreement. When such instances were this to occur we reserve the right to cancel your order and refund the money paid to us.
Prices and Payment options
Payment options are specified on the website or told to you at the time you place the order. They include Pay-pal and Credit card payment via (Visa and MasterCard Only) We DO NOT accept American Express.
All Prices are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST. Any fees and charges (Including Delivery fess) imposed by these terms also include GST.
Any Payment for your order must be cleared by Luggage Hub before the goods are dispatched. If you payment cannot be processed your order will be rejected and you will be notified. If you are unable to process a payment you should contact your card issuer to try and resolve the problem, or use an alternative payment method to complete the order.
In paying or attempting to pay for goods you agree that you have not engaged in any fraudulent conduct or contravened any law.
Prices online may differ from prices in store e.g. online promotions only.
Lay-by is not available with Luggage Hub.
We will gladly exchange within 30 days with proof of purchase and in the original packaging as long as it meets the following terms.

Change of mind with receipt
All products purchased online can be returned within the 30 day time from which begins the day the order was placed. Which means your order can be exchanged, credit note or refunded in this time frame. Luggage hub suggests returning the product through registered mail and is properly packaged. If it is lost in transit Luggage hub is not held responsible and will not replace or exchange any products. Please note Luggage hub is not responsible for any postage costs in the instance you want to return the product if it is a change of mind.
Change of mind without receipt
Any and all products purchased that cannot provide a copy of their receipt will not be able to return the product for an exchange, credit note or refund.
When you receive your order.
Luggage hub tries to ensure all our products are shipped out free from any defects, but if there is a problem with your purchase when you receive your order please contact Luggage Hub straight away so that we are aware of the situation. Please send the product back and include a copy of the receipt and we will rein-burst you the cost once the order has been received back. Important if your product is damaged please do not use it and send it straight back to us as soon as you can.
All products will be assessed for manufacturing faults within its product warranty period and must have proof of purchase.
Luggage Hub ensures all products are shipped out without defects if it is being returned for an exchange or refund it must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped out which also means in the same packaging or must be boxed-up, if the product is damaged or scratch no refunds will be issued.
